This stand is junky and awkward. If you have a studio and space where your instrument is safe and protected it could make sense. We needed something for our daughter to keep her instrument handy for hassle-free practices. This is too precarious to trust it with a pre-teen and a 1000$ instrument. Service with the seller was excellent-see what else they have to offer.

This stand was inexpensive but it doesn't seem strong enough to hold up the horn without the slide resting on the floor.
